This policy describes how Pavon collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website and platform.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a call we collect the details you submit — name, email, phone number, and your message — together with a hashed IP address and browser user-agent used for spam protection and rate limiting. When you create an account, authentication details are handled by Clerk, and your organization's product data is stored in our database.
How we use it
We use contact details to respond to inquiries and schedule calls, account data to provide and secure the service, and aggregate usage analytics to improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), and Resend (transactional email). If your organization connects Slack or Microsoft Teams, event notifications are delivered to those services under their own terms.
Cookies
We use cookies strictly for operating the service: authentication sessions, your language and theme preferences, and short-lived flash messages. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
Lead inquiries are retained while relevant to a potential engagement. Account and organization data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon verified request after account closure.
Security
Each organization's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest, and outgoing webhooks are signed so recipients can verify authenticity.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law, including Israel's Protection of Privacy Law.
